The Summer After: A New War

{Er... Alison has the Helm of Darkness. She's invisible Cheaka. xD)

Mioko, looked over at Zoey and mouthed, "Get behind Nico. Go quitley. He is very good. Grab the flag, and wait for me."
Zoey nodded and slipped away.
Jason knew that Alison was close. He could feel it, long hours with his sister and her best friend made him know what to sense. He moved his sword in a slow circle.

Aero looked at Jason, "Hmm..?" she looked around but saw nothing. But she could hear someone breathing besides her, Jason and Piper. She keeled down and picked up some dirt. She threw it in the direction of the breathing.

{It's fine. xD}

"Crap!" She whispered, darting away from dust... but unsucessfully. Her foot got coated in the dirt. She stopped, staring at it before looking at the group. "o-oh n-o..."
Nico's ears picked up something and he got into position, his eyes scanning the area.

"Hey Alison." Jason looked at the foot and then looked up to where her head was.
Mioko, stepped out behind the tree her lance going back to the coin. "Hey Nico. Long time no fight."
Zoey was tree steps from the flag when Mioko had stepped out of the trees. "Crap! What was she thinking. He is going to know!" she thought as she took two more steps.

Aero sighed, "Lets get the fight started." she said. She then took her bow and put it in front of Alison. Then she forced all her strength and made her fall.

"J-Jason." Alison said, taking off her Helm and nodding slightly at him before turning to Aero and staring at her. "T-This is a-always the hard part..." She said, activating her shield and sword before dodging.
Nico stared at her before nodding slightly. "Yeah. So what now? You gonna zap me?" He teased.

"Nico...I really don't want to have to. But I will. Sorry." the lightning flew out of her fingers and right into Nico's chest. It made a crack when it hit him. "Nico I am so sorry." she activated her shield and then waited.
Zoey looked at the bolt of lightning and then grabed the flag. And ran back around so she was behind Mioko. Who stood there waiting for Nico to get back up, "Come on lets go!"
"Stay here. And wait. They need more time." Mioko wispered to her.

Her eyes smiled, "I see. Let us battle for the flag." she said. Aero went at Alison, with nothing but her arrows and a bow.

"MEEP!" Alison dived away, scrambling to a tree shadow.
Nico groaned, lying on the ground for a moment before lifting an arm. "I probably deserved that..." He groaned again.

"I really am sorry...but...I am going to give you a chance...you just have to get up....you can do that Nico...you can get back up to fight and get back at me." Mioko said, her voice was quite.
"We should just run!"
"NO! We stay...we need to give them more time. And if you even think about running I will know. And I will hurt you." Mioko though just in case put her power around Zoe to make her stay in the same spot intill she was ready to go.

Aero ran after Alison, "NO you don't!"

Nico stared at the sky for a moment before slowly standing up, his armor creeking as he did so. He groaned lightly, looking at the chest plate which had a large lightning/burn mark on it. "Alright..."
Alison picked up the pace, her legs burning in pain as she dove for the shadow, melting into it.

"I really am sorry about that..but hey....its what I do. And you have to think I am more like my dad then people think...but I am giveing you a chance...so I might be a little nicer..but I doubt it. You ready?"

"Okay...for the lightning hit...I will give you one free chance...to hit me. You know how it works...you hit me and then it's on. You make me hit you...well it's over. Free chance."

"Think I would lie?" looks thoughtfull, "Okay mabey sometimes...but what do you expect? I am not lieing now though..."

"If you make me hit you...it will not be with this fancy sword...it will be with my fance lightning."
"Alison...come out come out where ever you are."

Nico gulped lightly. "Right..." He said and pointed his sword at her. "Ah..."
Alison whimpered lightly, looking at Jason from the Shadow World-- a world that was granted to some of Hades kids (Nico wasn't lucky). She sucked in a shaky breath.

"All you are going to do is point your sword at me...wow Hades must be impressed." she said in a mocking voice.
"Alison I know you are here...and still close. You would feel better if Mioko was fighting with you...wouldn't you?"

Nico felt something snap in his mind. Keep calm... keep calm... "How 'bout we don't bring my father into this..." He hissed.
Alison grit her teeth together. She wanted to tell him to stop mocking her, but that would be a dead giveaway, even in the Shadow World. She wrinkled her nose and threw a pebble at him, darting out of her spot.

"Is that makeing you mad? Daddy's little boy is getting mad?" still mocking.
Doesn't look at the pebble, just keeps looking around each and every spot. "Alison...how do you think Nico is doing against my sister? Think he is holding up? Are you holding up?"

Another something snapped. "Yeah, your one to mock me..." He hissed again.
More gritting of the teeth. "I-I-" She shut her mouth. No, it'd be a dead giveaway. Just sneak toward the flag, grab it, and run. Okay Alison, you can do this. She thought, and started inching toward the flag.
