"Shizuo told me about you being the kind of motherly figure to the family." She smiled as she watched the floor numbers. "And it's good you all have jobs... does Kasuka visit often? It seems like he'd be busy alot with all his acting jobs."

Karou laughed, "I guess I grew into it once I got old enough." She thought for a moment and said, "Kasuka provided me with the clothes I usually wear and he did the same is Shizuo. He visit's when he can and he never fails to see us on our birthdays. Christmas one year Kasuka couldn't make it but he ended up taking us to Kyoto," she giggled, "He felt so bad for missing the holiday. I scolded him though, I mean Kyoto was nice and all but he should spend his money on a girl he likes."

"How nice of him..." Hiromi smiled as she shoved her hands in her coat pockets. "Kyoto's a really pretty place..." She murmered quietly as she looked around the elevator. It dinged softly as the doors opened up, and she stepped out.

Karou walked up to the third door on the left and opened the door, "Friends first." she said with a smile. She heard Shizuo stirring and literally zoomed into the house and blocked his door by using herself, "Ahahaha...... I forgot to warn you about something.... But please do come in."

Hiromi blinked a few times and looked in before walking in, taking her shoes off near the door. "Is something wrong?" She asked, walking in a bit more and looking at her.

A piece of hair fell into Karou's face as she said, "Aheheh, you see the reason why I answered the phone was because Shizuo fell asleep in the bathroom. I dragged him into his room and threw him onto the bed..... but when he wakes up.......... He makes Izaya go running to his mommy." A bang came from the door behind her. "A quick and slight knock on he head and he'll be out like a light."

"Oh. Ooooooh..." Hiromi slowly nodded her head as she connected everything. "So, uhm, yeah... I'll wait in the living room then." She walked away, but backpedaled after a moment. "Quick question, does this happen often?"

Karou sighed, "I haven't got a clue how it happened. But yea every time he wakes up he's a true demon from hell. Until..... Well, you'll see tomorrow, won't you?" she said. With another hard thump Shizuo broke free from his room. Karou tumbled to the floor as Shizuo walked out with only a small towel around his waist.

"Yeah, probab-" Hiromi's eyes widened to the size of dinner plates and her hand shot up to cover her mouth and nose. A dark blush covered her cheeks and spread up to the tips of her ears. "Err..."

As soon as Shizuo appeared he fell flat onto his face. Karou stood behind him and said, "Good god! Cover yourself up for christ's sake!" she yelled. She dragged Shizuo back into his room and when she came out she sighed, "Boys, they never learn." She saw Hiromi's face and started to laugh, "h my gawd! Sweety you are so cute!" she said over her fits of laughter.

Hiromi sucked in a large breath and exhaled, a small smile on her face. "It's fine, no worries. And uhm," She looked around. "I'm content with the couch." Her smile widened as the blush on her cheeks faded.

{My Geometry teacher sucks. D: She gave us five pages of homework for the weekend. Ergggh...}

Karou sighed, "You sure? Are you absolutely positive? Cause you'd be the first person to know if Shizuo is up... Oh yea, take a bath too if you want. I'm sure the water is still warm." She herself needed to take a bath but friends were first.

Karou sighed, "Alrighty then. I'll go get some blankets so make yourself at home." She was happy that Hiromi was sleeping over. It was a first time thing for her since she didn't make a lot of friends during her school days.

Karou came back with a blanket and pillow, "Here you are. They should keep you nice and warm. I'll be in the bath if you need anything. Also, anything in the fridge is yours to have." With a small smile she left the room, peeling off her clothes as she went. She threw her clothes into the hamper and walked into the warm bathtub, "Ahhh~ Just was the doctor ordered."

Hiromi laughed softly and looked over at the bathroom door for a moment before shutting the fridge and walking to the couch. She flopped down and nuzzled into the blankets and pillows with a content sigh.

About 10 minutes or so Karou walked out of the bathroom wrapped in a towel and grabbed a milk carton from the fridge. She walked into her room and drank it all.

Hiromi peeked over the edge of the couch to watch before flopping back down. She covered herself with a blanket and rolled onto her side, watching whatever was on the TV as her eyes got a bit heavy.
