The Aftermath

“Damnit Strange!” Came Maria’s Royal British accent chimes through the hall as she walked towards Steven. She wore a low back haulter top unitard with flowy bottoms that were long enough to touch the floor. Her hair was up in a messy bun pieces falling about. “How dare you have me read this, the ending is missing, how could the ending be missing.” The slightly younger tan female stood in front of him holding the book out in her hand. Maria was a doctor as well, a doctor for children, but she had magic so she took time off to train and find away to use her magic for good. So here she was, in front of her idol and now her secret crush, trying to learn more from him.

Odin Allfather looked over at her, his once beautiful bird now somber and dark. Though she stood tall, standing near him and protecting him like she did, “I’m doing this for the best of you two. Seeing each other would only make it worse.” His words left his lips, but she did not even glance at him. Phoenix wouldn’t look or speak to either of them, not Luna not Thor and especially not Odin. She had been banished from seeing Loki, and now the man she loves riots away.

Feet ran rampantly, heart pumping, blood racing. The female ran as quick as she could she had to get to Wakanda before they found her. She ran through a field quickly turning into the town. The amazoness ran towards the ‘castle’ knowing she would reach him soon. And soon enough she did. Right as he was visible she starting shouting, “black panther! T’challa!” His guards grabbed her “Tchalla please.... help!” The female begged.

Steve looked up as he heard the knock on his door. The large male stood up and walked over to the door opening it up and looking at Victoria. “Evening Victoria. Need a hand with anything?” He asked as he let her in. He was in a white tank and his jeans, his hands wrapped up as he was punching the sand bag to let out some stress.

Tony had gone for a run, he needed to think some things through, he wasn’t sure what he wanted to do anymore. He had the kid that he was trying to train, he had a dream about him and his wife having a kid soon, but he also had this fear that was filling him up. The male stopped at the end of his driveway looking up st his house. He exhaled deeply before running up to the house and inside. “Honey im home.”

Aurora hand just stepped out of her dance studio, getting ready to head back to class. She jumped back as she saw spider man and the robbers run passed her. “Get... get them Spider-Man!” She called after him rooting him on. She pushed her hair back and watched him run off. “Holy crap that was Spider-Man...”
She said before crossing the road.

Acacia couldn’t speak, she was deeply out of breath and she didn’t have time to speak out what was wrong. The female reached forward, gently placing her hand in his bare arm. Suddenly her eyes flashed and he was seeing what she saw. He saw her being grabbed from her village and tossed in the back of a truck with other women, flash forward a bit to her fighting her way out and running to Wakanda. She let go of his arm and looked up at him. “Those other women need your help.” She spoke taking a small step back. “I can lead you there.” She said to him gently.

Maria scoffed, “read it again, rubbish.” She exhaled, cartwheeling backwords before jumping into a meditation pose. “Very good, some people are starting to say I’m better then you. Or at least I’m getting there.” Maria spoke softly flipping open the book again, reading over the pages again as she floated there. “Is something wrong Steven?” She asked him pushing her glasses up her face.

Steve exhaled deeply as he looked around the room. “Yeah I guess your right about that. What do you have from Sam?” He asked as he grabbed plates for them. He waited until she made herself a plate before he made a plate, leaning against the wall as he ate. He looked Victoria up and down slightly. He always enjoyed Victoria, reminded him of Peggy, strong and bossy, but in a good way.

Tony moved over to his wife, giving her a quick kiss on the forehead before stepping away taking a bite of food. “How was your day?” He asked her as he ate with her. It had been a super long day, “Friday, lights at 45% please.” He asked watching as the lights turned on a bit. Tony removed his glasses and rubbed his eyes before looking at the love of his life, giving her a smile.

Aurora gasped softly as she saw spider man hit a light fixture. Her hand went over her mouth as she wat her him disappear. Suddenly her alarm went off. “Crap I’m late!” And with that the female raced across the road, heading towards the college. She couldn’t be late on her first day at a new school.

Thor was standing before his father, fighting with him about Jane but suddenly a crash ripped through the castle. Thor turner pulling his hammer out before taking off to fight. Phoenix rushed in front of Odin, “protect the all father.” She called to the other guards as she shifted into her large bird form. She flew above Odin staying guard over him. As mad as she was she would still protect the Allfather

Phoenix looked around, she could see all that was happening. They were being over powered, she looked back at the others telling them to shield the Allfather. Once he was protected she flew forward, releasing a blast so powerful she destroyed all the enemies in the throne room. But it took a lot of power. Her body shifted to her human form before hitting the ground hard, “Allfather.... Frigg...” she gasped out.

Odin looked back at his bird, he walked over to her, seeing her shake in pain. He pulled something out of his pocket and handed it to her. “Go to him.” He said before he ran off to his wife, hoping it wasn’t to late. Phoenix stood weakly trying to get to Loki before she passed out. And thankfully she did.

She moved over to his cage, “my love..” she said faintly, she unlocked the door falling back to the ground, landing on her knees now, her strength slowly coming back. “Go your mother and sister need help.”

Thor raced after Luna, helping her take down the bad guys. “Are you okay?” He asked her as they meant face to face for a brief moment. He then turned to Friggas room, not having time to really chat.


Maria scoffed as she set her feet down and followed after Stephen. “I could be as good as you. You never know, I could even be better.” She said waving the book back to where it belonged. She followed next to him in silence for a moment, her bare feet made no sound. “How worried should we be?” She finally asked. Maria reached for her bracelet, running her fingers over it. Her relic, the thing she trained with always. It amplified magic powers, but also created epic shields.

Tony rolled his eyes when he heard Steve’s name. “Do you think I should go?” He asked scrolling through the email and reading it over quickly. He looked up at Cecile, waiting for her answer as he stuffed more food into his mouth. Things had been rough since they all fell apart, and he wasn’t sure about this meeting.

Steve had just began eating when Victoria said Tony’s name. He sighed deeply, “when is this meeting?” He asked as he read over the file that had been given to him. He leaned back against the wall a bit more looking back up at the female.

Acacia took his hand and stood. She nodded to him, “They are locked down just on the other side of the waterfall.” She said pointing towards the way she Came. She looked up at the jet and swallowed hard before looking to him. “They have hostages, we should approach silently.” She said as she followed after them, getting on the jet.

Aurora stood in the office, her leg bouncing as she waited for her class schedule, she was officially running late. Once she got her schedule she began to walk around, looking for Physics 101. “Awesome, I enjoy being late on my first day..” she said as she stood there for a moment, chewing on her bottom lip. Her head popped up as she looked around, looking super lost.

Acacia thought for a moment as they loaded the Jet. “10 maybe more.” She said softly her hand going to her wrist, her bracelet sat there ready to go when she was ready. She stood kinda ridged, not use to the high tech she was now riding in. She held her wrist with her other hand gripping her bracelet softly.

Phoenix was standing in the office, her hands ran over the laptop screen she had in her hands. She was reading over an article. “Evening Mrs. Stark.” She said softly as she stood up from where she was sitting moving back over to the board to finish up her work.

Tony nodded to his wife “I’ll go.” He called as she walked away. The male finished eating and cleaning up before he went down to his lab. He wanted to finish working on a new suit he had. “Friday, lights on please.” He said softly.

Steve set his plate down and looked over the file. His hands gripped the folder a bit, “It’s just a previous siteing of him, nothing hard to go off.” He said before tossing it down in the table picking his plate up to eat. He then looked back to Victoria, “I’ll be there.” He said finally about the meeting his eyes looking directly at hers.

Aurora let out a loud squeak as she fell forward her bag and books being tossed everywhere. She hit the ground kinda rough. Though a laugh left her lips once she was on the ground. “My goodness my day keeps getting better.” She laughed rolling over to bed side looking at peter. “Aurora, nice to crash into you. Do you happen to know where Physics 101 is?” She asked the male before her.

Maria blushed deeply as Stephen grabbed her and pulled her away from the large man crashing through the building. “Dr. Banner!” She gasped when she saw who it was. The female grabbed a blanket and moved over to him, jumping down to his level and covering him up a bit. “Stephen can you get him some clothes.” She called before looking at Bruce. “You’re all right Bruce your safe.” She cooed

Thor looked out on the the galaxy they were now floating in. As the new king he needed to find a new place for his people. “Earth... we go to earth.” He finally spoke turning back to everyone. He looked to Luna first, then to his brother. “We have friends there who can help us.” Little did they know only some of them would make it there.

Acacia looked up at Tchalla as he spoke, a smirk filled her lips. “Try to keep up.” She purred as the doors open. She took a running leap out the doors, diving down to the ground. When it came to her people she was fearless, she had no choice. The Amazon barely caught a tree branch as she went to the ground. She looked up waiting for the Black Panther to join her.

Maria looked up at Stephen, a soft smirk on her lips, “I studied under him for a brief period.” She said before looking back to Banner. “Who’s Thanos?” She asked as she handed him the clothes turning back to Stephen so Banner could get dressed. Her hands flicked out as she used her magic to kinda fix the holes Banner had ripped into their home. She looked up at Stephen again, “so grumpy.” She teased softly.

“Yes ma’m.” Phoenix responded to the meeting statement, she set her laptop down, a drawing of Asgard covered the screen as she went back to writing on the board. The female stopped when she was asked how she was doing. “I’m fine. Thank you..” she said softly. She was getting tired though. She exhaled deeply before shifting into her bird form and flying up to the desk, sitting near Cecile.

Aurora laughed again at his comment, taking his hand and standing up. She brushed off the dirt on her skirt grabbing her books and her schedule. “I’ll tell the professor that you were showing me the way. And that’s why your late.” She smiled and laughed softly.

“And what movie is that?” He asked as he looked back to her. Steve moved to the kitchen, setting his plate in the sink and grabbing his movie list. He felt a little more relaxed now that she had changed the subject from Bucky to a movie. He walked back over and handed her the list, letting her check off the movie.
